Refund Policy
Last updated: November 2026
We stand behind the quality and compliance of the Florida Supervised Visitation Course. This page explains our refund terms in plain English.
The 30-Day Florida Compliance Guarantee
If the Policies & Procedures Manual included with the course does not meet your Circuit Court's Chapter 753, F.S. compliance requirements, you get a full refund.
Submit the customized Manual to your Circuit Court's Family Court Administrator within 30 days of enrollment. If they reject it in writing for reasons of Chapter 753 compliance, email us their written response and we will refund your enrollment fee in full.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the 30-Day Florida Compliance Guarantee:
- Contact us through the contact page within 30 days of your enrollment.
- Include your enrollment confirmation email or receipt.
- Attach the written response from your Circuit Court's Family Court Administrator citing the Chapter 753 compliance issue.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
General Refund Terms
Beyond the 30-Day Florida Compliance Guarantee, refunds may also be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice, contact us for an immediate refund of the duplicate charge.
- Technical inability to access the course: If you are unable to access the course due to a documented technical error on our platform's side that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Course misrepresentation: If the course materials you receive materially differ from what was advertised, contact us with details and we will make it right.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by our refund policy:
- Change of mind after 30 days from enrollment
- Failure to complete or engage with the course materials
- Personal circumstances that prevent you from launching your business (e.g., disqualifying background history, personal decision to change careers, etc.)
- Refund requests based on projected income not being achieved (see our Income Disclaimer)
- Refund requests that do not include the required documentation described above
Third-Party Platform Terms
Course enrollments are processed through third-party learning platforms. The processing of your refund may also be subject to the terms of that platform. We work directly with the platform to process approved refunds on your behalf.
Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be contested. We are committed to resolving legitimate refund requests quickly and fairly.
