The 30-Day Florida Compliance Guarantee

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 30-Day Florida Compliance Guarantee:

  1. Contact us through the contact page within 30 days of your enrollment.
  2. Include your enrollment confirmation email or receipt.
  3. Attach the written response from your Circuit Court's Family Court Administrator citing the Chapter 753 compliance issue.
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  5. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Third-Party Platform Terms

Course enrollments are processed through third-party learning platforms. The processing of your refund may also be subject to the terms of that platform. We work directly with the platform to process approved refunds on your behalf.

Chargebacks

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be contested. We are committed to resolving legitimate refund requests quickly and fairly.
